Vendor Management Analyst

At Wirecard North America, we are currently seeking energetic, motivated, growth oriented candidates to join our team.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Your duties: 

  • Liaise with Sourcing colleagues, Legal, internal customers and suppliers in written communication and via teleconference
  • Review supplier contracts for accuracy, pricing and completeness
  • Conduct financial analysis and financial modelling
  • Contracts drafting and redlining in accordance with the Vendor Management policy and standards
  • Managing stakeholder expectations through prompt clear communications and obtaining stakeholder approvals as required
  • Maintain the Vendor Management database with updated information from vendors, internal customers and other sources
  • Lead projects, including leading client and supplier meetings, preparing agendas, running the meetings effectively and distributing clear minutes and actions
  • Work with suppliers to measure and track performance and any reporting/reconciliation requirements; using this information to ensure success
  • Respond to business inquiries and clarify requirements and provide information as needed
  • Meet all audit guidelines for the onboarding process including the collection of specific vendor documentation, such as W-9, insurance certifications and vendor viability and upload into the vendor management system
  • Review and validate monthly invoice from key suppliers and input into the payment system
  • Participate and support in the development, management and analysis of requests for proposal (RFP)
  • Meet reporting requirements, including drafting and checking the accuracy of reports for the team in support of the Vendor Management Team


 Your profile:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2–5 years of experience within corporate Vendor Management preferred
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, with consistency in delivery and execution
  • Ability to interact well with Senior Management
  • Drive results with high degree of accountability; proven time and task management competencies
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Vendor management certification such as CTPRP or CRVPM is a plus
  • Negotiation skills and ability to manage confrontation
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good level of numeracy skills, financial modelling/accounting skills is highly desirable
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across all functions, all regions, and all levels of management
  • Attention to details
  • Familiarity with sourcing, suppliers, technical terminology
  • Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required
