Sales Lead Specialist

At Wirecard North America, we are currently seeking energetic, motivated, growth-oriented candidates to join our team.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Your duties:

  • Partner with Marketing & Sales Ops to qualify inbound leads
  • Navigate new organizations in order to establish contact with decision makers
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to identify and establish contacts
  • Conduct initial contact and follow-up with prospects, establishing introduction to Sales Executive
  • Conduct email and direct mail campaigns which align with sales and marketing initiatives
  • Track relevant qualification and lead management activity in Salesforce
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including call scripts, audience segmentation, and approach
  • Qualify interested leads and arrange sales appointments
  • Deliver early stage sales presentations in one or multiple contacts with a prospect
  • Meet or exceed opportunity/appointment quota through phone-based prospecting and lead qualification
  • Provide value-added market intelligence to the Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
  • Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns in order to meet milestones and quarterly objectives

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • or other CRM experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant software sales or account management experience with a proven record of success preferred
  • Ability to conduct extensive cold calls and email campaigns
  • History of success in reaching goals
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with solid communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment
  • Proven successful track record of phone-based sales preferred
  • Have a motivated and positive work ethic
  • Past experience in quickly analyzing and overcoming complex obstacles
  • Ability to quickly identify and locate information across multiple sources
  • Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching
