Integrated Payments Executive

At Wirecard North America, we are currently seeking energetic, motivated, growth-oriented candidates to join our team.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Your duties:

  • Develop an engagement strategy and execute deals that will place Wirecard in a strategic position, and will deliver a base of long-term sustainable revenues in the US market
  • Develop strategy, establish goals, and articulate a clear definition for success (required for the Integrated Payments Solutions function overall, as well as within each partner type)
  • Deliver high-quality partnerships built on senior relationships
  • Work across groups both in the United States and abroad to pull in correct stakeholders
  • Develop a channel and referral partner strategy and execute upon it
  • Understand and effectively explain the benefits of electronic payment solutions, and the associated business impact for customer stakeholders
  • Align with Sales, Product and Key Partnerships, guiding strategy for independent software and integrated payments markets
  • Understand key target verticals in terms of software dynamics, payments capabilities and competitive dynamics required to win
  • Plan, manage and control the activities of a team or teams of analysts to provide business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large
  • Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
  • Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multifunctional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations, and plan based on company and external data analysis
  • Advise business leaders by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–10 years of experience working with independent software vendors, integrated payment providers or relevant industries
  • Must have corporate strategy, business development, sales or management consulting experience
  • Creative thinker with the ability to envision various deal structures
  • Prior experience in technology and services, preferably in FinTech, Payments or Consulting 
  • Proven ability in managing complex relationships and integrations from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue enablement
  • Effective problem-solving skills, specifically the ability to assess situations, evaluate options, and define strategies
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • A team-oriented approach with an ability to form relationships at various levels both internally and externally
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Experience tracking sales activity in sales CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office proficiency
