Change Manager

At Wirecard North America, we are currently seeking energetic, motivated, growth-oriented candidates to join our team.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

Your duties:

  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Lead the Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Ensure all change requests are complete and ready for Change Advisory Board meetings, inform all affected parties of proposed changes, and ensure input is available prior to CAB meetings
  • Monitor the status and progress of changes, and share status with partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for change is completed
  • Work with partners to understand changes and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs for stakeholders
  • Ensure the service catalog is accurate and well-maintained
  • Own service transition/change management policies and procedures
  • Ensure consistent and appropriate communication with customers and internal partners for service-related inquiries and issues
  • Own the change management process and tools
  • Create and continuously improve strategy to support adoption of the change management policies and procedures
  • Monitor the effectiveness of processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Sponsor, design, and manage changes in process with the associated metrics
  • Liaise with other process owners to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes
  • Communicate process information and changes as appropriate to ensure awareness

Your profile:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related subject
  • ITIL Certification (intermediate or expert) or practical experience
  • Change management experience required, preferably with a small team
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of employees and stakeholders, including technical, business, customers, and vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others in a challenging environment
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative, yet able to deliver quickly
  • Strong desire to lead teams and efforts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a start-up mentality; eager to transform
  • Forever curious; always asking why
  • Not afraid of taking risks when appropriate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
